I have considerable experience in this specialist area of letting and I am able to offer students attending the University for the Creative Arts convenient and well managed accommodation. Several of the houses are within walking distance of the college.

The houses are looked after by Mr Jones who lives in Wrecclesham and who has gained considerable experience supporting our tenants throughout the 52 weeks of the contract. Within reason he is on call to offer help with any little problems that can arise.

The first property that was offered for students in 2001 after our daughter graduated has developed to the 4 that are now available, over 350 student tenancies have so far been contracted. On many occasions tenants have decided to stay on for further years - please read the reviews our tenants have sent to us.

These houses are signed up to the UCA Code of Standards
